ANSIC event security is the outdoor job: a fence, a production office, a run sheet and enough licensed officers to hold access, the floor, back-of-house and the car park. Cooly Rocks On, Big Pineapple, Ipswich Show, Abbey Medieval Festival and the Moreton Bay programs are the scale we already work.
Without security, organisers run the risk of a program turning chaotic. A physical presence gives an immediate response in crowded areas — RSA where alcohol is served, first aid, and a radio back to the event lead.
Festival pit, access and production detail sits on festival event security. A licensed hotel, club or function-room door is crowd control. The combined brief is on event security and crowd controllers.

Who provides this service?
ANSIC deploys our own licensed event officers. They hold the security licence the job requires in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria — including the crowd-controller function where the brief needs it — plus RSA where alcohol is served, and advanced first aid and CPR. They are well presented, with excellent verbal and communication skills. We do not use unrequested contractors.
Why it is needed
A camera cannot hold a fence line or a car park. Licensed officers provide an immediate response in crowded areas, where a delay would put patrons or crew at further risk.

How we track and report
Festival and outdoor programs are rostered in 
Guardhouse. Officers clock in on a GPS time clock inside the site geofence. Incidents can carry time-stamped photos, and clock-ins, scans and incidents sit on the occurrence log. Daily licence checks run across Australian states, including Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. The optional customer portal can show a client the schedule, licence status and the log.
Where a program includes a licensed venue, hotel or club door, officers sign on through 
Security Registers — mobile QR sign-on and Office of Fair Trading licence checks, including the crowd-controller component.
