ANSIC crowd controllers work licensed hotels, clubs, function rooms and venue doors. They hold the security licence the job requires in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria — including the crowd-controller function where the brief needs it — plus RSA where alcohol is served, and advanced first aid and CPR. They are well presented, with the verbal skills a door and a floor actually need.
The job is the premises: ID and dress-standard at the gate, queue management, RSA refusals and the paperwork that follows, floor patrols, and removals with the duty manager. Patrons should feel secure. The operator should be able to run the night without the floor becoming chaotic.
This page is for licensed venues. A festival fence, a sporting program or an outdoor run sheet sits on event security.

Who provides this service?
Every crowd controller we deploy is one of our own licensed officers. They hold the security licence the job requires in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria — including the crowd-controller function where the brief needs it — plus RSA where alcohol is served, and advanced first aid and CPR. We do not use unrequested contractors.

How we track and report
Crowd controllers on licensed hotels, clubs and venue doors sign on through 
Security Registers. Mobile QR sign-on and off, onboarding and a complete record sit in the venue portal. The system references the Queensland government / Office of Fair Trading so only correctly licensed guards can sign on — it checks the crowd-controller component and expired licences. Incident reports, CCTV upload and instant alerts go to the duty manager.
The roster and licence behind the door run in 
Guardhouse: GPS / geofence clock-in, daily licence checks across Australian states including Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, and an occurrence log of clock-ins and incidents. Time-stamped photos can sit on an incident report. The optional customer portal is for schedules, licences and the log — Security Registers remains the venue QR sign-on.
