We staff access, the pit, the floor, back-of-house and the car park from a licensed team we employ. They hold the security licence the job requires in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria — including the crowd-controller function where the brief needs it — plus RSA where alcohol is served, and advanced first aid and CPR. The event lead holds the radio.

Guardhouse. Officers clock in on a GPS time clock inside the site geofence. Incidents can carry time-stamped photos, and clock-ins, scans and incidents sit on the occurrence log. Daily licence checks run across Australian states, including Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. The optional customer portal can show a client the schedule, licence status and the log.
Where a program includes a licensed venue, hotel or club door, officers sign on through 
Security Registers — mobile QR sign-on and Office of Fair Trading licence checks, including the crowd-controller component.
