Work with ANSIC
ANSIC hires licensed people across Crowd Controller, Security Officer, Event Security, and Agent roles. Crowd Controllers work licensed venues and doors. Security Officers cover static posts, concierge, construction and patrols. Event Security covers festivals, sport and outdoor programs. Agents take licensed inquiry and document work where that path is advertised.
Administration, management and other office roles are also advertised. Those applications do not need a security licence.

- Well presented, with the customer service the post needs
- Able to apply problem-solving and conflict resolution when a shift gets difficult

Security Officer and Crowd Controller applications need a current security licence.
Complete your licence path first
Security Officer and Crowd Controller roles need Certificate II in Security Operations, then a current security licence, before you apply.
Australian Training Institute is ANSIC’s preferred training partner.
Government funding may be available through ATI if you have not completed a Certificate III or higher in the past 10 years. School and foundation qualifications do not count.
